With over 20 years of experience in public education, including administration, I understand the challenges and rewards of being an educational leader.  I start by meeting you where you are—whether you’re refining your leadership or instructional practices, managing a transition, or searching for ways to reduce stress and spark growth.  Together, we’ll explore ideas, try out new approaches, and create realistic steps that bring meaningful results.

Using the tenets of adult learning theory training, each leadership coaching session is personalized, centered around your unique goals and challenges. It is about thinking differently with practical, actionable takeaways that can be implemented right away. Rooted in thoughtful questioning, deep listening, and authentic encouragement that builds confidence and momentum, we will plan out the next steps together.
